Bhavesh Maheshwari, ERP Systems Architect (Frappe / ERPNext), Ahmedabad, India. Available for new engagements.
ERPNext consultant and full-stack Frappe developer with 8 years of experience and over 100 implementations, across government, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, distribution and supply chain.
I build and customise ERPNext on the Frappe Framework. Over the past eight years I have completed more than 100 implementations and delivered 10 full product builds, for businesses ranging from surgical centres to municipal revenue departments.
Most of my work starts where standard ERP stops: a workflow the product does not cover, a legacy system that still holds critical data, or a process running across several spreadsheets. I design the data model, build it, migrate the existing data, train the team, and support the system after go-live.
I work across backend and frontend using Python, Vue.js and the Frappe REST APIs. I have handled data migrations from SAP, Tally, QuickBooks and Odoo, built integrations with banking, government and messaging platforms, and deployed on AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean and on-premise servers.
What I do
Architecture & solution design
Turning business processes into a working data model. Document structure, workflow and approval design, role and permission architecture, and deciding what belongs in standard ERPNext versus a custom module.
Data modelling, Workflow design, Permissions, Technical discovery
End-to-end implementation
Full ERPNext rollouts covering Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Stock, Manufacturing, CRM and HR, including legacy data migration from SAP, Tally, QuickBooks and Odoo, user training, go-live and post-implementation support.

Product engineering on Frappe
Building complete platforms on the framework rather than extending ERPNext: multi-tenant SaaS products, citizen-facing API gateways, dealer and driver mobile app backends, and custom Vue frontends that consume Frappe over REST.
Multi-tenant SaaS, REST APIs, Vue frontends, Mobile backends
Integrations & automation
Connecting ERPNext to the systems a business already runs on: payment gateways, banks, government identity services, marketplaces and messaging. Also AI-assisted automation for high-volume manual data entry.
Payments & banking, Govt. identity, WhatsApp / SMS, AI automation
